At the frontier of technology and data science, from particle physics experiments at Fermilab to AI-driven network analytics for global telecom operators, Oscar Trevizo has built something unique: the ability to design a rigorous experiment, prove its results statistically, present to an executive audience, and transform how operators compete.
Oscar has built and delivered analytics solutions and data-driven outcomes for major operators across the Americas and Europe at every stage of the industry's evolution, from the dawn of the Internet and the circuit-to-packet transition through early VoIP architecture, 5G autonomous networks, and AI energy efficiency.
A named inventor on a Lucent Bell Labs patent in early VoIP architecture, he has spent his career at the precise boundary where engineering depth meets business consequence, designing controlled experiments, building Python-based forecasting pipelines, and translating complex analytics into capital allocation decisions that executives act on.
At Nokia Cloud and Network Services, he led customer-facing AI/ML analytics engagements for major operators across the U.S. and Canada, managing a revenue portfolio of approximately $10M annually. His energy efficiency proof-of-concept and Autonomous Networks presentations earned him MVP (Most Votes for Best Demo and Presenter) at Nokia Amplify Canada 2025, voted by representatives from the major operators in Canada.
He holds the distinction of IEEE Life Senior Member, awarded for sustained professional achievement and lasting technical contributions to the engineering community.
Oscar brings to AI transformation engagements: the innovations forged at Lucent Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, and Nokia; the statistical rigor of a Harvard-trained data scientist; the systems thinking of a Georgia Tech electrical engineer; the commercial fluency of an Illinois Tech MBA; and the classroom instinct of a Visiting Professor in AI, machine learning, and data science.
